We get it, sometimes items are not as expected or you change your mind. If your item does not match the description or there's issue with the item, please let us know within 3 days of delivery. After we've received your item and verified your claim we will happily refund your payment less any return shipping/pickup costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in.

If we don't hear from you within 3 days of receiving your order, we'll assume you're enjoying your new item. After 3 days, you assume full responsibility and liability for the product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on opened boxes of Breast Pumps, sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your refund to show up on your statement.
